So this would be a step before feeding the outputs to something like one of illumina's machines?
- perceptron 3y agoHello! Yes this it the step that comes before Illumina machines as well as every other sequencer on the market. Samples coming out of Callisto can also feed into other sequencers including PacBio, Oxford Nanopore, Element, Ultima and other sequencer on the market.
