  After logging onto VPN from the USA: > - You > Is ChatGPT smarter than you? > - Meta AI > We're different types of AI models, so it's not exactly a question of "smarter." I'm an AI assistant with a focus on generating human-like text responses, while ChatGPT is a specific type of AI model called a large language model (LLM). LLMs like ChatGPT are trained on vast amounts of text data and are great at generating text, answering questions, and even creating stories or code! I'm designed to be more conversational and helpful, providing information and answering questions within a conversation. I'm constantly learning and improving, so there are many things I can do well, but I may not always be able to generate text or answer questions in the exact same way as ChatGPT. So, we're both useful in different ways, and it's great that there are many different types of AI models and assistants available to help with different tasks!

    It’s almost like all of these LLMs are trained to always give you bullshit instead of a straight answer. The content:words ratio keeps getting worse. Maybe the winner in this space will be the one going in the opposite direction. Deliver answers as concisely as possible instead of being a smartass.
