  Because it's missing tons of data! Volume, per-hour trades, market cap, 52 week high/lo, eps, etc. Look at any quote page and see how many data points they provide and then ask why anyone would look at this beyond the blue background. If I were you, I'd bake in some neato HTML trick. Maybe real-time chart updates or some way to visualize the volume and the price in 3d or tied to events or something else...
