- consumer451 2y ago1.8% vs 1.5%? I believe a wise man once said that without error bars: "Not only is it not right, it's not even wrong!" Also, how much of their estimate is based on self-reporting? Disclaimer: I am very biased against Russia since their crimes in Ukraine, but I still think my questions are valid.
