- alephnerd 3y agoYea! I think sometimes you have that one person that tries to make everything about politics, and it really makes team dynamics annoying. I usually err on the side of caution and push for a "don't ask, don't tell" policy on these kinds of topics, because it takes 1 person to cause unnecessary drama. I think small team vs big team plays a role as well.
