- llm_trw 2y agoI'm sorry I also don't have sources for the fact that water is wet and the sky is blue. If you think that every major project from federal to local government being delivered over budget, behind schedule and with fewer capabilities than promised is a dog whistle I have a perfectly functional bridge in Baltimore to sell you.
