The problem with your idea is accidents[1] and madmen. In a world where equipment always functions properly and humans aren't capable of forming groups like ISIS, then sure.

- swader999 2y agoYeah I'm not saying it's a better way, just that NATO with low contributors has helped to reduce proliferation which might give us reason to tolerate the low contributions a little more than we seem to.
