Using a common IP address is laundering your traffic with everyone else's, which makes that IP data less valuable. I refresh my connection several times a day.
- lxgr 3y agoBut serveral times per day is not enough if you visit at least one site that both knows who you are and is willing to sell your data to a data broker. Then all other sites that you've browsed to anonymously can buy the information "who had IP x on day y" and still know who you are.
