Every single switch to Chromium, at this point, is another knife into any kind of hope for standards, privacy, or sanity from Google.
Their browser, for the browsing part, is technically okay-maybe superior.
Chrome 124, though, is now sending users through a lying “we care about your privacy” gauntlet, where “Ad Topics” with “measurement” are enabled by default, and you have to turn each option off.
