What a rediculous hypothetical. Whatever power this gives the federal government it gives the federal givernment in PERPITUITY. Its not trump or biden, its all of them.
This is the kind of BS the federal government pulls. They pretend like its red vs blue so you can pick a side and play the game.

- dogma1138 3y agoHe signed an extension bill to extend s702 just like Obama before him since that section was introduced. Biden has just extended it again and this time by bypassing Congress since apparently republicans now “care” about privacy.
