I wasn't talking about telehealth. My most recent experience with an organization doing video meetings instead of face to face was pretty negative. I felt it seriously impaired communication. I'm someone who hasn't lived "conventionally" in a lot of years and I seem to generally be out of step with popular opinion. I think it was or I wouldn't have said it. Granted, personal opinions and individual experiences will vary. We do a poor job generally of accounting for that online. If your experiences fall outside the Overton Window, you may be accused of being a liar rather than a statistical outlier.
