I think semantic search will be important, open source project documentation can be a bit obscure so it can be hard to find what you're looking for with a cursory Google search. I want to build x that does y using z, where you your database has x y and z - but maybe x y and z's own github pages don't explain what their code is capable off as well as you do. I think that would add value to what already exists.
