- gedy 2y agoNo harm meant, many/most companies I've dealt recently with have young women doing their recruiting.

- busterarm 2y agoWhen it comes to internal recruiting this has been mostly true at every company I've worked for or interviewed with for decades. Male representation in internal recruiting orgs is maybe 20% at best. Probably closer to 10%. In regular bog-standard (non-outsourced-overseas) HR organizations, men are unicorns.
