I still remember doing my work in C# while Ruby on Rails was the thing all the cool kids were doing. These days one here’s significantly more about JS based development with things like React (which also seems to have hit its peak).
I’m a simple lass myself. I do C# and Sql - with a little bit of Python and I’m trying to get my head around Rust.
However for me my strength (as much as it is being not a true developer) will always be C#. As I approach my 60’s soon I’m OK with that. I dare say if I were in my 30s I’d want to experiment more.
