- kthejoker2 3y agoI believe the point is what he did nonconsensually to anorher person and not what the punishment was. Good lawyering, conveniently poor critical thinking = bad faith trolling, which is also not allowed in HN discussion.

- richrichie 3y agoSorry, in the US, only courts convict. And if you are convicted of rape, you go to jail. Word play does not count here. Last time i checked he is still walking around, campaigning.
