There's a vast spectrum of contributions. I use Copilot and most of the time it's just autocomplete with a bit more awareness of context. Like - it suggests the next 10 characters or so it's either correct or correct enough that it saves me some typing. So in the same way that people complain about CGI in movies (if the CGI is good CGI then they probably haven't even noticed it) - the only AI you notice will be the bad stuff.
