Doesn't ibus manage that for you? none of my programs have access to this file but I'm still able to use the changes I've made (as long as I restart ibus after changes)
- ralfj 3y agoshrug all I know is I fixed some issues with compose sequences by giving flatpak apps access to XCompose. It may be something with electron apps not properly using ibus?
