I’ve settled on Spark. It’s far from perfect, and I regularly look for alternatives, but they’re all…even further from perfect. Spark just released what I understand to be a complete rewrite. It’s completely and utterly not for me. I tried so hard to give it a shot, believing that it was just lack of familiarly. I’ve resolved that, no, it’s genuinely a half-baked, dumbed-down rewrite that very unfortunately leans quite heavily into all the AI email writing crap. Thankfully the previous version is still actively available and seems to receive updates.
