Shouldn't the title be "The darker side of being a physician"? A Doctor can be also a doctor of philosophy or something else. I am both a physician and a doctor, and I feel it is important to make a distinction. It's also as a respect to the PhDs who are usually in the traditional procession of the universities AHEAD of the medical doctors.
