Yes it has been quite the ride, not everyday I become the owner of the IP for a brand that was once acquired for ~$4B.
Fact is Meta, TikTok, Amazon (Twitch), X and YouTube all protected the trademarked accounts on their platforms and that should speak for itself. 3 of the 5 took the legal position that the trademark is famous as the basis for protecting the trademarked accounts on their platform from user registration. The other two I just haven’t managed to speak with anyone.
I’m just asking for someone assist by providing contact information if you can help as the automated systems are a dead end.
