I would be fine with it as a company owner if I am clear of all liability as a result. IE: if the high employee does some sort of damage while on the job, they are fully responsible. They should also be put into a different, more expensive, healthcare plan. The problem I see mostly is that people want to get high, but then also want to deny the negative effects it has to everyone around them.
