There is no adversary. YouTube & X are not my adversaries any more than Meta, TikTok, Twitch were. The difference is I was able to speak with actual people with decision making authority at Meta, TikTok, and Twitch. Whereas, X & YouTube have automated systems and made it impossible to actually communicate with someone in their organizations. Lawsuits would only serve the purpose of forcing communication, yes lawyers would be nearly just as bad as automated systems because their vested interest in delaying resolution to bill their clients, but it would inevitably get resolved. Thanks, I’ll likely get an email to general counsel prior to filing suit.
