- alephnerd 3y agoBecause Snowflake is spending 9 figures subsidizing you. If you want a feature change in s3, if you aren't paying 8-9 figures, you ain't getting that feature change. For example, if you want to S3 buckets to encrypt using Tiger hashing (for god knows what reason) if you ain't spending 8-9 figures, it ain't happening. Customers are not equal.
