If everything is truly abundant, they may well even have objectively better quality of life than the average person now, just no real ability to impact the world.

UBI is not inevitable. The capital class may well enjoy a world without the 99%.

    TBF, from what little we get to know of them via the media, many (most?) of them seem exactly the type for that.
