How Cool Does This Sound?

So, I'm Eyad Gomaa, CTO & Co-founder of SILX AI. Our company aims to build an AI-driven hiring platform from A to Z. I faced this problem when I started some companies: once we got funding, the next challenge was hiring software engineers as quickly as possible to be the first in the market, etc. But I always had the problem of not knowing where to start. Where should I post job openings? How do I attract the best talent on my own terms? Because not everyone wants to work for a startup, and we need someone who fits our culture. LinkedIn isn't really useful; it's expensive to post jobs, even with free tools. I don't know where to start. Should I use Typeform or Google Form? And even if I collect data, how do I manage 1000+ applications we receive in just a couple of days? It's a mess. So, what we do at SILX AI is create a hiring platform using AI (not some chat GPT shit, but a real AI platform) that matches you. You create your own profile, input data about yourself, and connect your LinkedIn, GitHub, LeetCode, or whatever. Our AI algorithm gives you a score and a rank, starting from C to S, where S is the highest rank. The more information and better projects and code quality you provide, the better your rating and rank, and the more and better companies you get matched with. What I love about SILX AI is that we don't just serve startups or companies; we serve you, the individual looking for a job. You specify your needs to find a company. And what we do best is, once we match a company with 1000 applications, our AI filters and selects the best candidates for interviews in just a couple of minutes. The shortest time we've reached was 10 minutes. The average hiring process, when managing over 1000 applications, usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Even with Google, you might wait 2-3 months to hear back. We save you all this time, in just 10 minutes. So How cool does this sound?
