I feel vindicated when I suggested to other people not to try and fully spec an M3 Mac Pro to buy a future proofed machine as Microsoft wants to put a 40 TFLOP minimum on AI certified laptops to run locally, so I’m sure that Apple’s going to have significantly increase their TFLOPS as well to run locally as no Apple laptop meets that minimum. I bought an M3 Pro with a modest hard drive bump with a plan to trade it in and not go crazy and it’s going to work :)
