Decentralizing the Electric Grid
- uLogMicheal 3y agoThe article seems focused on large-scale nuclear but there's high hopes for decentralization with small-scale nuclear like NuScale. The incentives seem to be a bit warped, non-transparent, or gatekept. If the incentives were easy and accessible for adding power to your local grid, human nature might accelerate. How can crowdsourced power be a thing?
