I know from inside that quite a few tech companies already have some form of this. A paid version of ChatGPT for internal use where they have a legal agreement with OpenAI not to ingest the data put into the app by employees or the data which is RAG'd so that the internal version of the app for enterprise employees isn't leaking confidential data to OAI & MS
