- _akhe 3y agoI really appreciate this, thanks! Sea of haters on HN lol some are just confused or perpetually angry. I took some of them too seriously, shouldn't have even replied, especially those mentioning "Markov chains" as if that narrows it down further than "next-token prediction" which is exactly what it is and what the npm is called. Usefulness: My goal by next week is to share a decent AI chat bot like ChatGPT using this library. I'm working with dang right now over email - who is one of the most cool and helpful moderators of all time - to get it unflagged, or at the very least to un-ruin my account so I can actually share future progress. Turns out people really hate any definition of LLM that doesn't involve a black box of magic. Thanks!
