Lots of bold words - denying that efforts to correctly identify applicants is somehow not doing anything to help (it obviously will help, probably erase an entire category of fraud) and so on. Just another slanted rant, claiming the current administration is responsible for all the cheaters out there while the last administration, which did absolutely nothing to address the fraud issue is somehow blameless.
