  Interesting speculation, but we already know things don't happen this way. Amazon management is similar in many ways. As a result employee turnover and blacklisting is causing a nationwide shortage of employees. There are only so many humans available. If you abuse them and fire them and blacklist them then your pool of available potential employees quickly dwindles.
