The point is, that alongside learning math, biology and history, you should also come out of educational system emotionally mature and equipped with skills to survive in modern world. Not all skills are acquired through a deliberate lesson, the role of school is not only to teach but to upbring a generation(s). If Huberman can teach you a basics of nutrition so can a formal educational process. The problem with relying on youtube educators is then that it is down to luck if someone will come across it.
