Now this model is available to everyone and it works with JSON mode and function calling. It also should be smarter at some tasks. This model is now available in the API, and will roll out to users in ChatGPT. In the API, it's named `gpt-4-turbo-2024-04-09`. In ChatGPT, it will be under the umbrella of GPT-4.
