Everything is a balance and you have to decide how much risk you want to take. People hate it when we use money or resources to injury and life but that is reality. How many injuries are we going to prevent? How much does it cost in productivity? In general I am against government regulation here unless it is really an issue. We spend a lot of time preventing injuries to some things and then not to the most important ones (like our eating habits).
