I am thinking about setting up a closet server running Navidrome and some other things.
Do you think Navidrome works good? Are there any Android app for offline plays, for the car?

That lets you play your stuff from very good clients like Feishin, rather than the web client. >Are there any Android app for offline plays, for the car? Don't know about Android, have a search for "subsonic" on the Play Store / F-Droid, and you'll definitely find something. I have "AV Sub" on iOS, and that integrates with CarPlay.
