Looking at this from the UK : it's always astounding that US has an such a ligitious culture, and, at the same time, such a backwards health-and-safety culture. At least that's the impression I get from watching American tradespeople on Youtube.
- wil421 2y agoI hear this a lot but it’s a myth. Germany is the most litigious county in the world. We are very close to the UK per capita 75 vs 65 per 1,000 people. The UK is #5 and the US #4. The UK and other commonwealth states are more nanny states than the US is. I’m not surprised it’s taken this long.
