I missed the requirement by a few years and never got to do this but my sister said she had an absolute blast. I did the teenage-hooligan version – empty parking lot at night on first snow in winter. Lots of fun. Usually many people showed up and the parking lot turns into a mini low speed racetrack (30kph) with people doing handbrake turns one after another.
