Does that distinction matter when we are talking about something that absolutely causes loss of human life?
- seydor 2y agoHunger causes loss of life, and in order to eradicate hunger people need a lot of stuff (like natural gas for fertilizer) that is environmentally damaging I appreciate the judge here making a stand for something they believe in, but it's not easily defensible
