Mostly the ability to customise templates for quotes/rough orders of magnitude and simplify the UI a touch (we’ve got a pretty simple sales process direct to government).
Though, have been back to testing salesforce in parallel with copilot for sales and it’s looking promising..
- noashavit 2y agoIf you're mostly using the CRM for quoting, why not get a tool focused on that like pandadoc? It will be cheaper
