Why? Doesn't Germany have treaties with Estonia to avoid double taxation?
- chironjit 3y agoThere are CFC tax rules in Germany (like in some other countries). So though corporate taxes in Estonia are zero*, you will likely be subject to the German corporate tax system if the majority of the beneficial owners are based in Germany.
