  Mostly the ability to customise templates for quotes/rough orders of magnitude and simplify the UI a touch (we’ve got a pretty simple sales process direct to government). Though, have been back to testing salesforce in parallel with copilot for sales and it’s looking promising..

    If you're mostly using the CRM for quoting, why not get a tool focused on that like pandadoc? It will be cheaper
