It only looks like a safe investment until you realize that you're going to lose 20% off the top at the least. RMB is already crashed. And they failed to get enough wealth into the middle class to be able to support a consumer economy. Pretty much what killed their communist state by the 1960's. Capitalism doesn't work if you run it like feudalism.
