Useful projects I've worked in are usually related to automating manual tasks. For example I made a tool to create Azure DevOps tasks faster during Sprint Plannings. It allowed us to create tasks in batches, with templates, and displayed total time of tasks being created for a User Story. It saved each team between 30 minutes and one hour when planning large sprints.
