Something you should know is that it's always a little stronger than it says on the package. I cut a "10mg" gummy in half my first time. Had a wild panic attack. I later look at the receipt, each gummy is actually 11.2g, so I ended up taking closer to 5.6mg. Cut the gummy into quarters!!
