      Is soon to say that But if somebody starts saying that will develop a stealthy weapon able to make tsunamis, that would (literally) be used to "target NY" and other coastal cities; and then you have a strange earthquake in NY and another in a Taiwanese coastal city almost simultaneously, maybe somebody should pay attention, do some research and explore some hypothesis, just to play safe
