Vouchers for Starlink is probably the most effective way to achieve universal access.
- actionfromafar 3y agoIt can work out in practice, but such things always have weird incentives lurking around the corner. Starlink has no particular reason to improve services in corner cases where there is no competition. It's probably better to have the gubmint buy the services in bulk, so they have better leverage in the future to switch.
