I mean this kindly - I notice that this is one of many, many questionable Ask HN posts you've made, most of which end up with nearly no engagement. I get the impression from the questions you ask that you're not an engineer, in which case I don't really know that putting WiFi in schools is a good investment of your time. You're going to have a hard time finding schools interested in taking you seriously without some level of credentials. If you're feeling inclined to help in better equipping kids with tech, donating to Kids Teach Tech or Black Girls Code etc might be a better use of your resources.
