- 93po 3y agoI saw a study recently that showed colonscopies aren't actually bettering medical outcomes unless there is a different underlying reason that prompts getting one
- jghn 3y agoAt a population scale that's not as true as one would think.
- thfuran 3y agoIs imaging-based screening better? It at least removes most potential complications.
- agent86 3y agoTraditional colonoscopies are still the gold standard for colon cancer screening. One major benefit of them is that while they are performing the screening if they see something like a polyp it can be removed and tested.
