what are the symptoms? i have BPH and its been a struggle. I been taking zinc, saw palmetto but its only temporary. maybe i need to experience anal sex to fix

  Definitely not medical advice, but a friend's father took turkey tail mushrooms as part of his prostate cancer treatment and it seemed to help.   Have you tried Tamsulosin (Flomax)? It seems to help a lot of the symptoms.

  Not to be crass but “sounding” would be most likely to provide urinary relief as this widens the urethra within the prostate gland. This is absolutely not medical advice, just a follow-on to your quip.
