I run Win10 on my desktop and Win11 on my laptop. It's quite possible to defang Win11 and make it look and run very similarly to Win10. There's ample information online about how to do that. I certainly see no advantage to Win11. As with Windows 7, sunsetting 10 will be a long drawn out process, so it probably will have a useful life well beyond 2025.
